Same here. My ancestors were 3 generations into this country by the time of the Salem witch trials, and a few of them were confirmed to be living in Salem Massachusetts at that time.

Telegram Doug Huntington My ancestors settled in Massachusetts in the Colonial period. There's a greater than zero chance one of them presided over the successful trial at a witch burning. That's a kino legacy.
