🚀 What is a Hackathon?

A hackathon is an intense, time-limited event (usually 24–72 hours) where people come together to build, test, and present ideas fast.

💡It’s not just about code. Designers, product thinkers, marketers , everyone’s welcome. The goal? Solve real problems, test bold ideas, and learn by doing.

🏆 At the end, teams present their projects. Some win prizes. Everyone gains experience, new skills, and valuable connections.

But here’s the other side:

👥 Why do companies host hackathons?

They want to spot smart developers before the competition does.
They use it to test a new feature idea before adding it to a huge product.
They want fresh eyes on old problems.
To strengthen their HR brand and engage with the tech community

Hackathons aren’t just for fun. They’re where companies meet talent, ideas get validated, and products are born.

🔗 Stay connected. Stay building: @hackonnectuz

🚀 Xakaton nima?

Xakaton bu odatda 24–72 soatlik qizg‘in musobaqa. Unda ishtirokchilar qisqa vaqt ichida g‘oyalarni ishlab chiqadi, yaratadi va taqdim etadi.

💡 U faqat dasturchilar uchun emas. Dizaynerlar, marketologlar, iqtisodchilar - hammaga eshik ochiq. Maqsad: haqiqiy muammolarga yechim topish, yangi fikrlarni sinab ko‘rish va amalda o‘rganish.

🏆 Tadbir yakunida jamoalar o‘z loyihalarini taqdim etadilar. Mukofotlar bo‘ladi, lekin eng katta yutuq bu bilim, tajriba va yangi tanishlar.

Ammo bu hali hammasi emas.

👥 Nega kompaniyalar xakaton tashkil qiladi?

Zo‘r mutaxassislarni erta aniqlash va yollash uchun
Katta mahsulotga yangi funksiyani qo‘shishdan oldingi tez sinov
Eski muammolarga yangicha qarash uchun
HR brendini kuchaytirish va hamjamiyat bilan aloqalarni o‘rnatish uchun

Xakaton bu faqat g‘oyalarni sinash emas, balki ularni ishga tushirish bosqichi ham. Ishlab, sinab, o‘rganib, harakatga o‘tasiz.
