1. In the 1-minute prep, draw 4 tiny time markers:
before → start → peak → after
2. Put 1 note under each.
Example for “describe a memorable trip”:
before: exam finishedstart: night train with cousinpeak: missed stop, laughedafter: felt unusually free3. Speak by moving through time, not by answering bullets one by one ✅
That gives you natural linking language: “At first…”, “What happened next was…”, “The part I still remember most is…”
4. Add one sensory detail and one reaction.
That is what makes it sound lived, not memorized 🎧
