1. In the 1-minute prep, write only this:
setting / trigger / specific detail / why it mattered
Example for “Describe a useful skill you learned”:
school library / cousin showed me / color-coded notes / saved me before exams2. Speak one step at a time.
Give each note 2–3 sentences. Don’t “cover all bullet points” first. Build the moment, then add the meaning. ✅
3. Add one concrete detail in the middle.
A place, object, short quote, or mistake makes you sound remembered, not memorized. 🎧
4. If you finish early, stretch the detail, not the intro.
Say what happened next, what changed, or why you still remember it.
