How to Swap a Non-NFT Telegram Username

There are many different types of swaps on Telegram

1. Account to Account 👤➡️👤

2FA must be on for 7 days to do this

- Change the username on your account from t.me/username to something random like t.me/username123123

- Once changed, create a public channel with the link as the original username. (Channel must be public)

- Tell the buyer to join the channel you just created.

- Transfer ownership of the channel to the buyer using the following steps:

On Mobile: Go to the channel settings > Edit > Administrators > Click on Buyers Name > Enable All Permissions > Transfer Channel Ownership > Change Owner > Enter 2FA Password.

On PC: Manage Channel > Administrators > Click on Buyers Name > Enable All Permissions > Transfer Channel Ownership > Change Owner > Enter 2FA Password.

2. Channel to Account 💬➡️👤

- Change your channel's link from t.me/username to something random like t.me/username123123
- Change your account username to @username.

3. Account to Channel 👤➡️💬

- Change your account's username from @username to something random like @username123123
- Create a public channel with the link as the original username.

Additional Tips

- Claim the username within 15 minutes of release to avoid losing it.
- Don't swap the username more than 2 times an hour.
