We are recruiting a PhD candidate within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network SAILING. The research topic is "AI-driven multiscale system modelling for IoE digital twins". The project focuses on first-principles modelling of nonlinear energy systems and using Graph Neural Networks for interconnected Internet-of-Energy (IoE) components to develop multiscale digital twins that bridge the device and network levels. This interdisciplinary project combines AI, system modelling, and energy systems, offering close collaboration within a European doctoral network. The position starts in May 2026 or later.
