Texas has not stopped securing the border & arresting illegal smugglers.

A Texas Dept. of Public Safety trooper uncovered a human‑smuggling operation in Kinney Co. after stopping a vehicle driven by a San Antonio woman.

The woman was arrested for allegedly transporting four illegal aliens.

We continue daily enforcement actions like this.

Democrat hypocrisy is shocking.

When I built the wall & deployed the National Guard to secure the border, Democrats insisted immigration was a federal issue & attacked states’ rights.

Now that federal law enforcement is enforcing immigration law in blue states, Democrats suddenly embrace states’ rights to block enforcement & shelter illegal immigrants.

I’ve talked to thousands of Texans across the state about their property taxes.

This is what they want.

My legislation gets it done.

1) Require local spending limits
2) Require 2/3 voter approval on all tax increases
3) Empower voters to roll back taxes
4) Cap appraisal growth
5) Eliminate school property taxes for homeowners

THIS is a school district that Texas is taking over because the FWISD has failed students for 5 years in a row.

Parents are fleeing FWISD & choosing school choice because they want their kids educated not indoctrinated.

The State will course correct FWISD.

Operation Lone Star continues to deliver results.

This past weekend, TX DPS arrested a Nicaraguan in Eagle Pass smuggling illegal immigrants, including a Chinese alien, all in camouflage.

Criminals like that go to jail.

Last month, DPS arrested hundreds of criminals and illegal immigrants in the border region.

It’s about time students like this were arrested. Harming someone is a crime -- even for students.

Disruptive walkouts allowed by schools lead to just this kind of chaos.

Schools and staff who allow this behavior should be treated as co-conspirators and should not be immune for criminal behavior.

We are also looking into stripping the funding of schools that abandon their duty to teach our kids the curriculum required by law.
