Block production has been restored

A quick fix was released, and updating only a few master chain validators was sufficient to resume block production.

The incident was related to an error in the processing of the masterchain dispatch queue.

We will release a technical report on the incident shortly.

TON Core team expect a fix within the next hour, we will continue to provide updates in @TONStatus and here when the issue is resolved.

Transactions made during network issues are not at risk of loss. User assets in accounts are not at risk of loss.
