President Isaac Herzog Meets Foreign Minister of Bahrain Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani

On October 14, 2026, President Isaac Herzog met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, they discussed the importance of strengthening the Abraham Accords, with the aim of expanding the circle of peace and cooperation in the region.

President Herzog emphasized the great importance Israel attaches to its relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain and commended the courageous leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa nd the Government of Bahrain. The President conveyed his warmest wishes to His Majesty the King and the Bahraini people.
