ㅤㅤ TERMS & CONDITIONSㅤ

01.) Clients are expected to stay updated via @GOTYOUNEED for all project-related information and announcements.

02.) Processing typically takes 1–2 weeks, calculated based on weekday working hours only. Weekends are non-working days.

03.) References from platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, Behance, etc. are accepted. References from other studios are not allowed. Direct copying or replication is strictly prohibited.

04.) A 50% down payment is required before any work begins. The remaining balance must be completed after the preview is sent and before final files are delivered. Projects will be put on hold if the client is unresponsive for more than 3 days.

05.) Clients are entitled to up to 3 minor revisions (text/color adjustments only), requested within 24 hours after the initial draft is delivered. Major revisions or additional changes will incur extra charges.

06.) Any request to change the main concept or overall design after final delivery will be subject to an additional fee of up to 50% of the original price.

07.) Requesting the editable/master file (Canva link) is available with an additional charge starting from +80% of the total design price.

08.) The studio is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Please review all details carefully before submission.

09.) If a project is canceled after work has started, no refund will be issued and a cancellation fee may apply.

10.) Unprofessional or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate service termination without prior notice.

11.) Final files will be delivered in PNG/JPG format (HD) unless stated otherwise.

12.) The studio reserves the right to decline any project that does not align with our style, standards, or availability.
