- This creates a random ID and updates or adds an existing ID. These are the names: array, attr, bool, color, dimen, string, fraction, integer, plurals, style, id, path.
- Ensure that Output.xml exists at sdcard/Output.xml.
- All entries must be present in Output.xml; otherwise, the process will fail.
