According to federal prosecutors, Ha invoked Adolf Hitler and the Holocaust, called for the extermination of Jews, threatened a repeat of the October 7 Hamas massacre, and warned his colleague that installing security cameras and blurring his home on Google Maps would not protect his family.
The threats became so alarming that the colleague's wife and three young children temporarily fled their home twice, while the family stopped allowing the children to play in their front yard or wait outside for the school bus.
