01. FIRST CODE — JOIN THE CREW.

Before stepping into our little underground hideout, make sure you've subscribed to @GNARLYRENT before submitting your rental format. This is where all the latest announcements, updates, and important information hit the streets first. Stay connected, keep yourself in the loop, and help us make this corner of the city a comfortable place for everyone.

02. SECOND CODE — SETTLE THE DEAL.

No deal goes down before both sides give the green light. Payment must only be completed once your rental format has been reviewed and approved by both the talent and agency. Once the transaction is settled, send us the complete, original proof of payment without any edits, scribbles, or alterations. Keep it clean, keep it legit.

03. THIRD CODE — NO GHOSTING, NO GAMES.

Your session will officially kick off at the time you've requested in your rental format, provided that payment has been successfully completed. We don't roll with hit-and-run behavior around here. Every confirmed booking is a commitment, so respect the time and effort of our talents and crew.

04. FOURTH CODE — AFTER-HOURS AFFECTION.

Our underground headquarters operates from 09.00 WIB until 21.00 WIB. Any rental activities extending beyond these hours will be considered an additional late-night request and may come with extra charges. The city might never sleep, but our crew still runs on a schedule.

05. FIFTH CODE — SPEAK UP, STAY RESPECTFUL.

Something doesn't sit right with you? Don't keep it bottled up. Our crew is always open to hearing complaints, concerns, or uncomfortable experiences involving our talents or agency. Just remember to keep your words respectful and your attitude decent. We'll handle your concerns with the same courtesy and understanding.

06. SIXTH CODE — GET YOUR DETAILS STRAIGHT.

Before hitting the streets with your chosen companion, make sure your rental format is filled out properly, honestly, and completely. Clear information helps our talents and agency understand your preferences, expectations, and requests. The better the details, the smoother your little adventure will be.

07. SEVENTH CODE — WHEN THE CREW MESSES UP.

If something goes wrong due to an error made by our talent or agency, a refund may be requested with the approval of both parties. If the rental session has already begun, only 30% of the total payment will be refunded, subject to the applicable conditions. Every situation will be reviewed before a final decision is made.

08. EIGHTH CODE — WHEN YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.

If a refund is requested due to a customer's own mistake, personal decision, or cancellation without a valid reason, it must first receive approval from the talent or agency. When approved, only 50% of the payment corresponding to the remaining unused rental days will be refunded. Think twice before making a deal, sweetheart.

09. NINTH CODE — LEAVE YOUR MARK.

Every adventure deserves its own little story. Once your rental session comes to an end, customers are required to leave an honest review and rating for their chosen talent. Your feedback helps our crew improve and keeps the underground running smoothly. Failure to provide the required review may result in a warning or, for repeated violations, blacklisting.
