There are no apps in the NFC settings that use NFC from the work profile

https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/340933949

Status: Intended Behavior

Answer: Wallet role is not supported on Secondary Profiles (like Work Profile) only apps. If the app is present on the primary profile and secondary profile, then choosing the primary profile app works as the wallet role holder for both profiles. Hence we are closing this as Intended.
