🧰 Tools & Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Jira/Linear, Confluence/Notion, Figma (handoff), Miro, Google Workspace, Git (basics), BPMN, CI/CD (basics)

Requirements:
⁃ Has production experience leading software projects end-to-end in Agile environments
⁃ Can plan and run sprints (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retros)
⁃ Writes clear PRDs/SRS, user stories with acceptance criteria, and maintains a tidy backlog
⁃ Able to decompose features into tasks (WBS), estimate (story points/hours), and manage dependencies
⁃ Comfortable with roadmaps, milestones, and timelines (Gantt/burndown/velocity tracking)
⁃ Coordinates cross-functional teams (Design, Frontend, Backend, QA) and unblocks issues quickly
⁃ Communicates with clients and stakeholders, gathers requirements, and manages scope & change requests
⁃ Understands web/mobile basics (APIs, REST, environments) to support effective delivery
⁃ Uses data to manage execution (cycle time, throughput, WIP limits) and improve team performance
⁃ Produces crisp documentation and status reports; keeps Confluence/Notion up to date
⁃ Familiarity with CI/CD and release processes; can coordinate cutovers and post-release follow-ups
⁃ English (working proficiency) plus Uzbek/Russian communication skills are a strong advantage
