It is time to step out of the role of an observer and become a decision-maker. You will take on the role of a national leader or minister. A major crisis is unfolding before you: the Great Blue River is drying up, and its water flow has fallen by 30%. Yet none of the countries involved is prepared to give up its use of the river.

Every state has its own interests, resources, and red lines. Will you be able to negotiate with your neighbours or will your decisions condemn your people to catastrophe?

The countries
⛰️ Zaravand — a mountainous country rich in metals and coal; it is building a hydroelectric power plant on the river.
🌾 Polavia — the agricultural centre of the region, heavily dependent on river water to sustain its harvests
🏭 Minkoku — an industrial giant whose factories are polluting the river
🛖 Jambura — the poorest country in the region, where the crisis poses an immediate threat to survival
🌆 Albia — the richest country, acting as a mediator and investor, but without direct access to the river
