Plot twist: they’re not there. 🫡

Getgems does not store your money. And honestly, it doesn't want to 😌

That is exactly why there's no internal balance, no "Withdraw" button, and definitely no “your request will be processed within 3 business days.”

During a transaction, the NFT and coins remain in the buyer's and seller's wallets (Tonkeeper, Wallet etc.), and the smart contract via Getgems safely swaps them.

🤠 What does a non-custodial wallet mean?
It is a wallet that only you have access to.

Neither the marketplace nor the wallet developers have access to your assets.

That means:

• To top up your balance — send coins to your wallet.

• Sold an NFT — coins instantly land in your wallet. Nothing needs to be withdrawn from Getgems.

• Want to cash out coins from your wallet (for example, exchanging for local currency)? This is done from the wallet via exchanges or P2P.
