When you buy it, the domain is yours — but TON DNS has its own rule: you need to renew it once a year. Otherwise, it goes back to auction, and grabbing it again might not be that easy.
How to renew:
Via Tonkeeper:
1. Open @tonkeeper → Collectibles
2. Pick your TON DNS domain
3. Tap Manage → dns.tonkeeper.com.
4. Hit Edit, then Save — domain renewed!
Via MyTonWallet:
1. Open the NFT, go to the
TON DNS Domains
tab
2. Tap the menu (⋮) next to your domain
3. Choose
Renew
. One tap, and you’re good!
➡️ You’ll need 0.015 TON in your wallet — it goes straight to the smart contract.
➡️ Tonkeeper and MyTonWallet both have yearly reminders, but setting a repeating event in your calendar is always safer.
