CNN, MS NOW and Politico are filing a First Amendment lawsuit after the White House revoked their press credentials and barred their journalists from the White House grounds.

The outlets argue they were targeted over their reporting, while Trump defended the ban, saying he does not have to allow outlets publishing what he considers “negative” or “fake” stories into the White House.

The case is being filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, with possible emergency hearings this week.
