🇮🇱🇦🇪🇸🇦 - Passengers aboard the plane are now reporting that the Omani Co-Pilot attacked the main pilot, of Emirati origin, and stabbed him multiple times. Passengers and the cabin crew then stormed the cockpit after the plane dropped 20,000 feet in under a minute and managed to subdue the attacker.
Multiple passengers received injuries during the incident, unclear if due to the rapid drop in altitude or due to the attempt to subdue the attacker/Co-Pilot.
Nearly 180 people were onboard the plane, mostly consisting of Israeli citizens.
Israeli Authorities are reportedly investigating the incident as a Terrorist Attack.
