🇮🇱🇦🇪🇸🇦 - This morning, a hijacking situation was assumed with Flydubai passenger flight "FZ1073", on the path to Israel's "Ben Gurion" Airport from Dubai, which squawked 7700 over Jordanian airspace before switching to 7500 and suddenly dove 15,000+ ft in under a minute. [2]

The Co-Pilot of Omani origin attempted to take control of the plane, and allegedly crash it. The Pilot, Emirati, reacted violently and stabbed him. The IAF scrambled Fighter Jets towards the plane.

The Aircraft emergency landed in Saudi Arabia's "Tabuk" airport. The rudder was damaged as a result of the aggressive plunge in altitude. [1]

The Co-Pilot is under interrogation by Saudi authorities. Note that hundreds of Israeli passengers were aboard.
