🔥 New wave of Russian strikes hits Kiev energy sites as power goes out
Russia sends Kiev a 5 a.m. wake-up call, with a fresh wave of strikes ravaging energy infrastructure in and around the capital.
Local Ukrainian channels reported explosions near the Kievskaya substation, CHP-5 and Tripolska thermal power plant, while parts of Kiev’s left bank lost power.
Preliminary local reports said Russia launched Zircon and Onyx missiles, along with Geran drones. A substation in the Kharkov region was also reported hit.
