President Donald Trump bragged about the January US war against Venezuela.
💬 “We took over tremendous wealth. We are sending millions and millions of barrels of oil to Houston and other places.”
Trump also said Venezuelan crude would be used to refill US strategic reserves at minimal cost:
💬 “Soon we're going to be starting to fill up our strategic oil reserve. And we're going to do it at almost no cost.”
Since Nicolás Maduro was abducted and transferred to New York in January, Trump has repeatedly boasted about US control over Venezuela’s oil.
