Recently, the Telegram channel Aerospace (t.me/IR_AERO) circulated an image claiming to show underground shelters being newly constructed in Iran. This is an outright lie and an attempt to spread misinformation. The image actually shows the entrances to a missile base north of Kermanshah that have been there since at least January 2020.
