🇷🇺🇮🇳 On March 5, the conference "Track 2 Dialogue: India-Russia Partnership Amid Geopolitical Shifts", organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), was held on the sidelines of the Raisina Dialogue 2026.

The agenda focused on multifaceted Russia-India ties, with particular emphasis on the need to enhance bilateral cooperation across various spheres amid the current geopolitical turbulence.
