Victoria Panova to speak on BRICS agenda at the Raisina Dialogue 2026

The Raisina Dialogue, India’s leading annual forum on geopolitics and geoeconomics, will once again gather global policymakers, experts, and thought leaders in New Delhi under the theme Saṁskāra: Assertion, Accommodation, Advancement. The conference is organised by the Observer Research Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs of India.

A dedicated #BRICS pillar within the programme will address the evolving architecture of the emerging world order and the growing role of the Global South as a coalition shaping a more balanced system of global governance.

Victoria Panova, Head of the BRICS Expert Council-Russia, Vice Rector at HSE University, and Russia's Sherpa in the Women 20 (W20), will participate as a speaker. She will contribute to discussions on BRICS cooperation, institutional development, and the group's strategic agenda in a transforming international landscape.
