Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and BRICS Sherpa Sergey Ryabkov held talks with Indian Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar on BRICS cooperation and global security issues, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
"A substantive exchange of views took place on global and regional security matters, as well as on cooperation within #BRICS—particularly in the context of India's 2026 BRICS Chairship," the ministry reported.
