In all private groups, projects under 100k are expected to be shared; when it reaches 300k, everyone sells. This has become known as trading lately.

It's a real shame; everyone is scrambling to get into a trade before anyone else.

On the other hand, there are also those ridiculous attempts to develop utilities.
