GRAM/TON won't reach its full potential unless Pavel Durov actively supports a project on the GRAM ecosystem, just like CZ did with BNB Chain. Telegram's massive user base means very little if those users never become GRAM ecosystem users.
Right now, they're just Telegram users—not GRAM users. That's the key difference.
It's unfortunate, because Durov could accelerate adoption significantly if he chose to back the ecosystem more directly. There's a lot he could learn from how CZ helped bootstrap BNB Chain.
