Buenos días, según están publicando varios medios, la audiencia nacional bloqueará en pocas horas el acceso a los servidores de Telegram desde el territorio español:

Para poder seguir usando la app mientras dure el bloqueo se pueden usar proxies, los proxies son servidores que en principio no estarán bloqueados.

Aquí os dejo un listado de proxys para Telegram. Al abrir el enlace te puedes conectar y se quedarán guardados en la lista.

Después podrá gestionarlos desde Configuración > Datos y almacenamiento > Servidor intermediario

Es recomendable guardarlos todos (por si acaso) y desactivarlo. Si en algún momento los necesitas, los tendrás ya configurados.

In order to continue using the app while the block lasts, you can use proxies (intermediary servers that won't be blocked)

Here is a list of proxies for Telegram. When you join a proxy, you will be able to use telegram.

Afterwards you can manage them from Settings > Data and storage > Intermediary Server

It is recommended to save them all (just in case case).

Replies 2.0
• Bots can now reply to messages in other chats or topics.
• Added the ExternalReplyInfo class, to track replies across chats.

Link Preview Customization
• Bots can now set a custom URL to generate link previews in outgoing messages.

Batch Actions
• Bots can now delete multiple messages in a single request via deleteMessages.
• Bots can now forward or copy multiple messages in a single request via the respective forwardMessages and copyMessages methods.

Boosts & Giveaways
• Added support for Giveaway messages, allowing bots to detect their creation and completion.
• Added updates about chat boost changes via the new classes ChatBoostUpdated and ChatBoostRemoved.
• Bots can now see if a boost came from a premium sub, a gift code, or a giveaway, as well as check all active user boosts via getUserChatBoosts.

General
• Blockquotes are now supported in MarkdownV2 and HTML parse modes.
• Web Apps won't close when calling openTelegramLink.
• Web Apps can now toggle the visibility and on-click behavior of the Settings Button.
• Bots can now request multiple users, see KeyboardButtonRequestUsers.
• The class Chat has new fields holding profile and background colors, custom emoji, and more.

• To support 4GB files uploaded by premium accounts, file_size in most media classes can no longer be stored in a signed 32-bit integer type.
• Bots can now distinguish premium Users and Stickers with the new respective fields is_premium and premium_animation.

Web Apps
• Added several methods and fields to the class WebApp to handle API version, additional colors, haptic feedback and more.
• Added the events backButtonClicked, settingsButtonClicked and invoiceClosed.
• Updated ThemeParams, MainButton and WebAppInitData with new fields and methods.

Groups, Payments and Attachment Menu
• Bots can now process join requests created without an invite link – they will still receive a chat_join_request update.
• HTTP links for invoices can be generated with the new createInvoiceLink method.
• Bots can now detect when a user added them to their attachment menu via the new added_to_attachment_menu field. Integrated bots can now also be used in groups, supergroups and channels.

• Check that your bot's webhook was set by you with the new secret_token parameter.
