Blender is slowly getting there for Android tablets (and then smartphones).

https://www.blender.org/download/demo/tablet/blender-demo-bcon2026.apk — this is a fairly early on demo but at current pace the fully usable release is a year or two away.

Wasn't there a version already? Unofficial ports existed for some years.

How about iPad? Plans for iPad were dropped when Apple refused to provide any support (not material, engineering). There's the unofficial one though.
