Big Freebie event coming in 4.7, likely to offset the amount of $$$ related extras we're getting so:

We know there's the HI3 Style spending Banner for Aha's skin and some extra limited rewards in the same banner
There's probably another "Free" Affinitive Eidolon given by spending X pulls, might even be a 2nd reward given by spending even more pulls
We believe:
You're given a bunch of freebies
You're given a free pull in the Hi3-Style Skin Banner
You then see there's limited rewards in the Skin Banner incentivising you to pull there
You then see that you can get more Affinitive Eidolons if you just spend more on that limited Skin banner and then if you spend on the regular banners you get another one too!
We don't really give personal opinions much on this channel but honestly, even though the freebies are nice, this seems like such a textbook case of dark patterns that it's crazy and we wish we're wrong.
