[HSR] Character Kit

For the next little while any kits posted by us are being posted for preservation/record keeping purposes. Any notes will be attached to the characters as we deem necessary.

5 Star - Mr Reca | Physical Nihility

Note: This is LIKELY Mr Reca's kit had he released back when he was supposed to but we don't have confirmation of that for sure. There is no indication atm either way regarding his potential future release.

Basic
Deals Physical DMG equal to X% of Mr. Reca's ATK to one designated enemy.

Skill
Has a X% base chance to inflict a Debuff on all enemies, lasting for X turn(s). Then deals Physical DMG equal to X% of Mr. Reca's ATK to all enemies.
While afflicted with Debuff, enemies take X% increased DMG in their turn.

Ultimate
Deals Physical DMG equal to X% of Mr. Reca's ATK to one designated enemy target, and advances their action by X%. Then has a X% base chance to mark the enemy.
After a marked enemy takes a turn, Mr. Reca causes them to immediately take action again and removes the mark.

Talent
When an enemy's turn ends, has a X% base chance to inflict Bleed on them, lasting for X turns.
While Bleeding, the enemy will take X% of their Max HP as Physical DoT at the start of each turn. This DMG will not exceed more than X% of Mr. Reca's ATK.

Technique
After Technique is used, there is a X% base chance for each enemy to be inflicted with Debuff for X turns at the start of the next battle.

A2
Reduces the ATK of enemies with Debuff by X%.

A4
When an enemy is defeated, Mr. Reca regenerates X Energy.

A6
Mr. Reca deals X% increased DMG to enemies with Debuff.
