Review: Positive

A game that is great in its style, animations, combat, designs, and enemy variety. An outstanding hack & slash title with beautiful over-the-top characters and cutscenes.
Truly a classic of the genre.

BUT there is a huge downside that I have to highlight: abilities/techniques that can be unlocked expending halos (the game currency) are going to change certain aspects of the combat, and can NOT be disabled or sold once acquired. Honestly, I felt like too many of them were making the gameplay worse instead of better, and made me wish I did not get them. Multiple times, unlocking abilities almost fell like increasing the difficulty of the game.
