SPROUT is a flexible search-and-rescue robot developed by MIT Lincoln Laboratory and the University of Notre Dame.

Its inflatable body squeezes through narrow gaps in rubble. Cameras and sensors help rescuers explore collapsed buildings and locate trapped survivors.
