#ivangbi TLDR; the text was something like "buybacks don't necessarily mean security anymore even if they are not programatic, which is huge (and potentially circumvents securities laws) etc.etc.", but then Hester P said "if a centralized company is doing it, the FAQ doesn't apply". Something like that. Don't quote me tho, 90% correct LobsterDAO 🦞
