Germany seeks to dismiss Nicaragua's Gaza genocide case at top UN court
Germany is set to ask the International Court of Justice on Monday to dismiss a case accusing Berlin of "facilitating genocide" in Gaza by supporting Israel after the deadly October 7, 2023 attacks by Hamas militants. The details of the case, filed by Nicaragua in 2024, have not yet been made public.
