Where's the woodchipper? Four Memphis men were indicted for the sexual abuse and rape of a 9-month-old girl, a 3-year-old boy, and a 4-year-old girl between 2016 and 2017.

Daerius Ice, Isiah Hayes, Antonio King, and Antoine Wilson face charges that include aggravated rape of a child and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

Prosecutors say Ice organized the group, directed the assaults, and had the acts recorded on cellphones for distribution. The baby’s mother found the videos on a phone Ice had borrowed and returned.

In one incident, Wilson and at least one other person allegedly kidnapped the 4-year-old from her front yard, forced her to perform oral sex while being recorded, and dropped her off near her home.

Evidence cited by the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office includes the videos, defendant statements, DNA, text messages, and social media posts.

Years after the 2020 indictment, at least one defendant remained in custody awaiting trial while the case continued to move slowly through the courts.
