Just claimed one of the last $1000 of vested $SONIC tranches from my Sonic Mobius Hackathon win 🏆

Something that supposed to be $1000 - now $88. And if you swap to SOL/USDT - get $72, because of low LP size.

I wish they pay that $50k in stables, instead of vested $SONIC...

Day 165 of building in public for Solana Mobile.

Worked on RIPSY today.

We added a new game piece exclusively for Seeker - and it looks super dope.

One thing I really love about RIPSY is how many opportunities it creates for collaborations with Solana communities.

We’ve already planned and integrated custom pieces for communities like:

→ BONK
→ Pudgy Penguins
→ Jupiter
→ Moonwalk
→ and more

Each community can have its own collectible piece that players can actually use in the game.

Feels like there are so many fun marketing and partnership opportunities here.

See you tomorrow.

Day 164 of building in public for Solana Mobile.

Today I’m farming engagement on X 😅

Yesterday I created a test token and posted:

“Drop your wallet and I’ll send you some.”

It kind of went viral.

→ Hundreds of replies
→ Thousands of impressions
→ 300 new followers

Spent today sending tokens to people.

The funny part: I initially put only 1 SOL ($100) into the experiment. I’ve already distributed around 30-40% of my tokens, but as the token price moved up, the value of what I still hold is roughly where I started.

Is this the highest-quality engagement?

Definitely not.

But as a small distribution experiment, it’s been surprisingly fun - and a good reminder of how powerful incentives can be for getting attention.

Now the question is how to turn attention into actual users.

See you tomorrow.

Founder Journey That was supposed to be fun, but I have a ton of bots there now 😁 https://x.com/heymike777/status/2100211085806563519
What's more interesting - token is going up in price.

I aped for 1 SOL on token launch ($100). I sent around 15-20% of my holdings, and now I have $120 in $MIKETEST.

I wish they trade on StonkFun, so I can get creator fees, but no :)

I got around $12 in $SKR as creator fees btw.

Looking for Danger Valley Ducks pfp now:

P.S. NFA. $MIKETEST is going to zero.

Day 163 of building in public for Solana Mobile.

Today I’m trying to migrate Cashflow to Transaction V1.

Right now, a single user action can require multiple transactions because Cashflow is built on top of Squads multisig and everything doesn’t fit into one transaction.

With Transaction V1, I should finally be able to change that.

Still have a few things to figure out:

→ Cashflow uses both Solana Kit and web3.js because Squads SDK didn’t support Kit when I built it
→ Need to check whether that’s changed
→ Need to verify that Privy embedded wallets can sign V1 transactions

If this works, I can simplify the transaction flow and stop relying on Jito bundles + paying Jito tips for every interaction.

A lot to figure out, but this could be a huge UX improvement.

See you tomorrow.

Day 162 of building in public for Solana Mobile.

Hit a huge blocker today.

I ran out of my weekly Codex limit - and didn’t expect it to hurt my productivity this much.

So I bought Claude again. Last time I seriously used it was 2–3 months ago.

And… Claude Fable 5.1 feels surprisingly bad for my workflow 😅

I know a lot of people love it, but Codex seems to understand my development style, skills, and Solana setup much better.

Still shipping RIPSY for the Solana Mobile Hackathon.

Also, Colosseum just started - and it’s multi-chain now. Curious to see how that plays out with EVM chains.

See you tomorrow.

Day 161 of building in public for Solana Mobile.

Still building RIPSY.

Shipped today:

→ Added all game animations
→ Added offline play against AI - no internet required
→ TestFlight approved for external testers

Next:
→ Game over + winner selection
→ Metaplex Core integration
→ Custom game pieces you can buy, mint as Core assets, and use directly on the board

Going to polish everything a bit more and invite the first testers to play together.

Getting closer.

See you tomorrow.

Day 160 of building in public for Solan Mobile.

Deep into building RIPSY today.

Set up the foundation for the mobile game:

→ React Native app
→ WebSockets
→ Basic backend
→ Rive animations
→ Game creation flow

Everything is coming together nicely.

Going great.

See you tomorrow.

Day 159 of building in public for Solana Mobile.

Hackathon season is here.

→ Solana Mobile Hackathon just started
→ Colosseum starts in a few days
→ Solana also launched a new hackathon focused on Stocks on Solana

And yes, I want to participate in all of them 😅

For the Solana Mobile Hackathon, I’m bringing back a game we started during a previous Colosseum hackathon.

We already have awesome art, animations, and a working web version - but never managed to take it all the way to production.

This time, I’m rebuilding it for Seeker and actually shipping it.

Goal: working MVP within one week.

Let’s build.

See you tomorrow.

Day 11 on NEXT ME.

I love morning workouts and morning walks.

They give me energy, clear my head and make it easier to start the day properly.

But I’ve realized that editing a new fitness video every day takes too much time away from the actual work.

So I’m changing the format.

The journey continues every day, but I’ll publish weekly progress updates instead of daily videos.

I’m also resuming my build-in-public videos today.

The Solana Mobile hackathon has already started, and the Colosseum hackathon begins in a few days.

This is the moment to focus.

Less editing. More training. More building.

Time to ship.

Day 9 of NEXT ME.

No gym today. Just walking.

I worked all day and only reached 6,000 steps. To complete today’s Moonwalk Fitness challenge, I need at least 8,000.

That leaves 2,000 steps before the day is over.

It would be easy to use work as an excuse. But the entire point of this challenge is to keep moving even when the day doesn’t go according to plan.

Time to close the laptop, go outside and finish the steps.

Day 8 of NEXT ME.

Today was a strength training day.

No dramatic breakthrough. No personal record. No perfect workout.

Just another session completed.

It’s easy to believe that transformation comes from exceptional days. In reality, most progress is built during ordinary sessions that nobody celebrates.

You show up. You do the work. You recover. Then you repeat it.

DAY 7 - 8,000 STEPS OR LOSE 15 USDC

Today I registered on Moonwalk Fitness and joined the Nomadz walking game.

The rules of my challenge are simple:

- Complete at least 8,000 steps every day
- Keep the daily streak alive
- Risk losing my 15 USDC if I fail

Motivation isn’t always reliable. Some days, you need a system that makes quitting more expensive than continuing.

Now the commitment is real.

8,000 steps. Every day. No excuses.

NEXT ME was never supposed to be a journey that people only watch.

I want to build a community of people who are working toward the next version of themselves.

We don’t need identical goals or routines. The idea is to show up, share honest progress and keep each other accountable.

Here’s what I want to try next:
- Host a live fitness session on PumpFun
- Try Moonwalk Fitness
- Create regular community check-ins
- Find ways for us to train and progress together

If you want to join, reply with:

- Your goal
- Your time zone
- What kind of livestream would help you most
