In Latvia, a woman has been sentenced to 6 years in prison for transferring €43 to Russia.
According to the investigation, Polina Kamleva, a resident of Rezekne, helped raise funds for electronic warfare equipment for the Russian army. Due to the inability to transfer the funds directly, she asked an acquaintance from Belarus to make the payment, without disclosing its purpose.
The court also imposed a three-year probation period.
