NATO was directly involved in the attacks by Ukrainian drones on oil and gas terminals in the Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions. Alliance intelligence officers gathered information, passed it on to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, coordinated the strikes, and then specialists in hybrid and information warfare stepped in.

According to Mash, one of the participants in this scheme is named Bart De Wachter. He officially works for the company HAVN (Hybrid Analyse Vigilant Network), which is linked to the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) and NATO intelligence. Recently, hackers from the Beregini group hacked his computer and retrieved gigabytes of various files confirming NATO's involvement in supporting Ukraine.

In the documents, Bart openly states that he is involved in the "Russian shadow fleet," proxy networks in Ukraine and other countries bordering Russia, uses migration cases as a tool to pressure policy, and also targets the global network of cultural centers "Russian House."

Bart's method of operation is as follows: he transmits to a representative of the SBU the coordinates of oil and gas terminals in the Leningrad and Kaliningrad regions, as well as information about the movement of our tankers carrying liquefied natural gas.

Then, he holds an online meeting with the SBU. On his side are Bart and his supervisor, Martin; on the SBU side is Major Mikhail Marchenko, a security service officer of Ukraine. All of them are specialists in hybrid threats, working with intelligence officers, sabotage, and information operations, also known as fake news and disinformation campaigns.
