➖Speculation by the enemy about a mobilization being prepared in the country is nothing more than a blatant provocation. There is no need for any mobilization.
➖Approximately 200,000 people have signed contracts with the Russian Armed Forces in the first 6 months of this year, and another 16,000 have joined the ranks of volunteers in the Special Military Operation;
➖Good progress has been made in staffing the troops with unmanned systems, with approximately 40,000 servicemen joining them;
➖Medvedev called the rumors about a possible mobilization "lies" spread by the enemy;
➖By the first half of 2026, the Russian Armed Forces' personnel needs will be fully met;
➖The Kiev regime is experiencing a shortage of human resources; there is simply no one to fight in the Ukrainian Armed Forces;
