The OSCE has prepared a report on the results of the recent parliamentary elections in Armenia. The organization notes that the voting took place in conditions of unprecedented foreign interference and pressure on voters.

Other conclusions of international observers on the results of the vote:

🟥During the campaign, direct external pressure, trade restrictions, and security threats aimed at influencing voters in favor of the opposition were recorded;

🟥The election campaign was extremely confrontational and was accompanied by mutual insults, accusations of voter bribery, and other violations;

🟥Pressure on public servants to participate in the events of the ruling party raised questions about equal conditions for election participants;

🟥Numerous arrests and criminal cases against opposition representatives contributed to the perception of selective justice;

🟥Observers noted the spread of disinformation, fake and AI-generated content, as well as the use of anonymous accounts to discredit opponents;

🟥Public television, according to the OSCE, showed clear bias in favor of the ruling party, while a number of private media outlets supported individual opposition candidates;

🟥The polarized media environment, aggressive rhetoric, and external pressure negatively affected the quality of public discussion and voter awareness.
