Senior ML Engineer
Full-time, remote in targeted locations
Fluent English (Russian is a plus)

Leading enterprise integration and automation platform that helps businesses connect applications, automate workflows, and improve productivity with AI-driven tools. The project involves developing an AI-powered chatbot extension, enabling users to interact with the platform through conversational interfaces to simplify task execution and enhance the overall experience.

What you’ll do:
 — Fine-tune, optimize, and accelerate ML models (including distillation and quality improvements)
 — Evaluate chatbot and ML solution quality using comprehensive metrics
 — Integrate models into microservice-based production environments
 — Analyze logs, extract insights, implement NER, and structure semi-structured data
 — Monitor and improve key performance metrics (TTFT, throughput, latency)
