For me, this month is about showing people that living outside of social norms is not a bad thing. Your gender identity or sexual orientation, even if it doesn't fit into traditional views, doesn't make you a bad person. Respect each other and bring peace to this world
This is actually my first Pride Month artwork - I’ve never drawn one before. In Russia, homosexual couples are afraid to express their feelings in public. But sometimes, you really just want to kiss or hold hands with the person you love, just like heterosexual couples do. It’s harder for gay men than for lesbians, but both still can’t show their love freely. I know not everyone needs that in public, but I still think it’s unfair. Everyone deserves to be treated equally
