That is what we do in the Flux Forward Activation Workshop. In 60 to 90 minutes, we look at one real situation together, use four simple lenses to make sense of it, and choose one useful next step.

No big strategy exercise. No long list of actions. Just a clearer view of the problem and what might be worth trying next.
