Flutter Developer

Location: Lviv, Khmelnytskyy or remote

Description:

InterLogic is looking for experienced Flutter developer in Lviv or Khmelnytskyy to join our project in the HR domain. Recruitment, Onboarding & Talent Management all in one flexible and intuitive platform. The project is a hiring platform designed to provide a complete overview of current jobs and candidates, and thus to help enterprises to manage recruiting processes. The product consists of three main parts:
Attract, screen & hire with Recruitment
Recruitment module makes it easy to create job ads and post them on your favorite media, then screen candidates and invite them for interviews by email or SMS.
Streamline every Onboarding process
Onboarding module streamlines and automates your onboarding processes so that you can concentrate on making new employees feel welcome in your team.
Simple & effective Talent Management
Talent management module stores all your employees data within the same system and makes it easy for managers to access and handle the necessary information.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take ownership for mobile application development. Chosen candidate will start mobile application development from scratch for our enterprise-level system
• Collaborate with product owner, project manager and the rest of team to deliver highly stable and well-performing mobile application
• Generate ideas of the app development and improvements, make technical decision on application architecture

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of experience in mobile development
• At least a year of experience working with Flutter
• Highly experienced in mobile development patterns and approaches
• Ability to build clean code, memory efficient app and fluent UI/UX
• Experience with API integration
• Experience with Git
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good English and communication skills
• Higher education in computer science or related field is a must
