🔸1. Active Listening

• You listen to the audio or video for the first time without stopping — just try to understand the general content.

• On the second listening, you write down important sentences and new words.

• On the third listening, you check what you wrote and correct any mistakes.

🔸2. Transcript Shadowing

• You find a transcript (text) of the material you listened to.

• First, you read the text, then pronounce it at the speed of the person speaking along with the audio.
