    (i.) think wisely before order cause sending form means fix order and we don’t accept any cancellation.

    (ii.) make sure your format is filled clear and correct as well, we only accept minor revisions and not more than 3 times. if you ask for a total change and more than 3 times, sorry we won’t do that.

    (iii.) we accept requests to cancel but we only refund 50% of your total order without giving the results.

    (iv.) we only accept payment via QRISS without any additional charge. proof of payment is required before processing, payment is made at the beginning to avoid sneaky parties.

    (v.) orders will be processed 1-14 days depending on the difficulty and queue. there’s inrush service that can prioritize your order according to your deadline.
