Everyone talks about them, but it’s extremely difficult to identify, categorize, develop these skills and sell them to potential employers. Twice a week we will pick up on a soft skill and provide you with insights and useful information on what this skill represents and how to develop it.
The deal is to:
1) Organize massive amounts of information on soft skills.
There are over 90 soft skills. Where should you start and how to prioritize?
2) Provide relevant and valuable sources to read, listen or watch on each skill. We will provide the essentials and save you some learning time.
3) Promote skill-awareness and help our readers develop personally and professionally. While hard skills will get you an analyst job, soft skills will make you CEO. Developing soft skills will provide you with flexibility you need to excel in your career.
